Service Garage with Partial Mezzanine
The addition to Mike Molstead Motors in Charles City, Iowa, consisted of an 11,000 sf service garage with extra space for parts storage. Multiple wall-framed openings were incorporated into the design to accommodate the four overhead doors and several windows. This single slope building includes a partial mezzanine, with an R-Panel wall system and a Loc Seam standing seam roof.
