Office Building with Stepped Elevations and Accent Panels

The Advanced Building Corporation (ABC) Headquarters is a 14,000 sf office, built using four single slope structures with stepped elevations. The exterior is wrapped in vertically run A-Panel walls in Pearl Gray with Midnight Black accents and topped with a Standing Seam 360 roof in Galvalume Plus. Brick wainscot, rake and eave extensions, and a horizontally run decorative accent panel at the entry give the building a polished, contemporary presence. Three overhead doors, numerous windows, and canopies at the entrance round out the exterior, balancing everyday functionality with a modern aesthetic and plenty of natural light.

Inside, polished concrete floors with hydronic radiant heat run throughout. A second-floor training area with a full glass south wall floods the space with natural light, while full glass office walls with sliding doors and privacy film add a modern, open feel.
